FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Lynnette Lemon brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to TLC NextGen Consulting — spanning customer service operations, CIS/CRM modernization, and organizational transformation across utility, government, and public‑sector environments.

Her career took her through leadership roles at major utilities and city government operations, where she led customer service transformation initiatives, managed multimillion‑dollar technology implementations, and rebuilt operations under public scrutiny — where service reliability and customer trust were always on the line.
She is keenly aware of the issues that keep the C‑suite up at night — the operational, financial, and customer‑impact risks that shape executive decision‑making.

Across every role, Lynnette saw the same gap repeat itself: organizations could implement new systems and processes, but they struggled to build the internal capability to sustain them. Technology changed faster than people could adapt, and transformation efforts that looked complete on paper often weren’t complete in practice.

That gap led her to found TLC NextGen Consulting. As an organization architect, she brings operational rigor, clarity, and a readiness‑first mindset to help organizations get ready — before, during, and after change.

Our Methodology

The Readiness-First Approach

Our work is built on the Readiness‑First Approach™ — a methodology grounded in one belief: readiness is built, not found.
Before any transformation begins, we evaluate organizational capacity across five pillars:
